Our construction team utilise state-of-the-art collaborative defect-reporting and rectification techniques to optimise construction quality. We monitor the contractor’s QA/QC processes and support the site team with inspections, QA audits, assessments and material testing, ensuring quality issues relating to specification and functionality are captured and remedied before negatively impacting the project.
Our programme management team consider the client’s project options and business objectives in preparation of the executive programme and overriding project plan. We have the experience to implement and deliver strategies that manage risk, time, cost, and quality on a number of simultaneous, scalable outputs.
