Client Representation

As industry professionals, we represent the Client to set processes and KPI’s, monitor performance, and manage delivery of their projects throughout pre and post-contract stages of work. From the outset our services encompass onboarding of the specialist consultant team, with detailed scope and deliverables for each respective discipline. Our dedicated team then fully integrate into the project to ensure time, cost, and quality constraints are met in delivery solutions that align with the client’s vision. We establish and facilitate seamless communications and information flow between stakeholder teams to optimise programme and mitigate delay, taking key decisions on behalf of the client in strict accordance with permissions and objectives agreed at the outset. We continually monitor and track progress and performance, reverting back to the client team with regular and detailed reports, including a detailed narrative on the overriding project financials - providing a continued and transparent overview of the development process.

Due Diligence

Aspect assist with pre-acquisition and due diligence surveys of existing properties - providing assessments of suitability and viability of the asset. Our services encompass review of regulatory compliance, building integrity, safety, quality, security, and comfort - including inspection of all MEP systems as part of our comprehensive technical investigations. Reports include recommendations for improvements where buildings are not fit-for-purpose.

Project Management

The Aspect Project Management team offers a flexible service based on a robust and industry-leading formula for delivery. Working closely with our clients, we adopt a value-driven approach to dening and articulating business and briefing objectives, enabling us to identify the most effective means to deliver the project. We provide a full suite of project management services through feasibility, procurement, design, construction delivery, and into operations.

Quality Control

Our construction team utilise state-of-the-art collaborative defect-reporting and rectification techniques to optimise construction quality. We monitor the contractor’s QA/QC processes and support the site team with inspections, QA audits, assessments and material testing, ensuring quality issues relating to specification and functionality are captured and remedied before negatively impacting the project.

Program Management

Our programme management team consider the client’s project options and business objectives in preparation of the executive programme and overriding project plan. We have the experience to implement and deliver strategies that manage risk, time, cost, and quality on a number of simultaneous, scalable outputs. We maintain control and transparency throughout the project duration and drive value at every opportunity.

Risk Management

Management of risk is central to all that we do, and a key determinant in the overriding project and commercial management strategies that we set in place upon our engagement. In addition to mitigation through preparation of careful and disciplined contract terminology, we implement procedures and controls to pre-empt risks relating to budget, schedule and design quality, managing the client’s exposure throughout the project life cycle. Our assessment measures identify, evaluate, mitigate, manage, monitor, and report risks to protect client investment and assets.
